| Jim Hansen is our well driller with over 45 years of drilling experience. He is National Certified as a master driller. Jim's grandfather started drilling in 1919 with Jim's father following his example and drilling all his life. Jim owned and operated Hansen Drilling of Vancouver Wa for over 30 years. Working with and learning from these two men has given Jim an incredible education and the skills necessary to complete any project.

The owner, Dwayne Person, also has a family history of drilling wells. His grandfather was a driller from 1946 to 1980 when he retired. Dwayne took over the pump service in '97 with wife, Donna, and started drilling wells in '03 with Jim Hansen. They have continuously upheld their outstanding reputation for providing excellent products and services.
Our driller trainee is Beau Peck. He has been with Person Pump & Well Drilling since 2007 training and working under the supervision of both Jim and Dwayne. Beau also has 2 years experience in natural gas drilling as a derrick hand.

Providing all of our quality pump service and repair is Les Read. He is a licensed pump electrician with 20 years of experience.
